HearchiveGizlilik Politikası
Hearchive, iki kişinin ortak anılarını sakladığı bir iPhone uygulamasıdır. Bu metin hangi verileri topladığımızı, neden topladığımızı ve onlar üzerinde hangi haklara sahip olduğunu anlatır. Kısaca: anıların yalnızca sana ve eşleştiğin kişiye aittir. Reklam göstermiyoruz, verilerini satmıyoruz ve seni takip etmiyoruz.
Biz kimiz
Hearchive, bağımsız geliştirici Utkucan Bıyıklı tarafından geliştirilir ve sunulur ("Hearchive", "biz"). Her türlü soru ve talep için: help@hearchive.app.

Kimler görür
- Partnerin: ortak alana eklediğin her şeyi görür. Eşleşmeden önce eklediklerin, partnerin katıldığında ortak alana taşınır.
- Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız, yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için ve bizim talimatımızla: Supabase (veritabanı, giriş ve dosya depolama; sunucular İrlanda'da, AB), e-posta gönderim sağlayıcımız (giriş kodu e-postaları), Apple (Apple ile giriş, harita ve yer arama, uygulama içi satın alma), RevenueCat (abonelik durumunu yönetmek; yalnızca hesap kimliğin ve satın alma bilgisi) ve Cloudflare (bu web sitesi ve alan adı).
- Yasal zorunluluklar: yalnızca yürürlükteki mevzuatın zorunlu kıldığı durumlarda yetkili makamlarla.
Hiçbir zaman verilerini satmayız ya da reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız.
Saklama ve silme
- Verilerin, hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır.
- Eşleşmeyi bitirirsen ortak içerik ikiniz için 30 gün boyunca salt okunur kalır, sonra kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Hesabını silersen (Biz → Hesabı sil) profilin, kişisel alanın ve oturumların hemen silinir. Ortak içerik partnerin için 30 gün salt okunur kalır, sonra silinir.
- Silinen veriler yedeklerden de en geç 30 gün içinde kalkar.
Hakların
Verilerine erişebilir, düzeltebilir, bir kopyasını indirebilir (Biz → Gizlilik ve veri → Verilerimi indir) ve silebilirsin. Türkiye'de yaşıyorsan KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde sayılan haklara da sahipsin. Diğer talepler için help@hearchive.app adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
Güvenlik
Tüm bağlantılar şifrelidir (TLS). Veritabanındaki her kayıt, yalnızca o ortak alanın üyelerinin erişebileceği kurallarla korunur; fotoğraflar ve sesli notlar herkese açık olmayan bir depoda tutulur ve süreli bağlantılarla gösterilir.
Çocuklar
Hearchive 16 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek bu yaştaki kişilerden veri toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyururuz.
Privacy Policy
Hearchive is an iPhone app where two people keep their shared memories. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have. In short: your memories belong only to you and the person you're paired with. We don't show ads, sell your data or track you.
Who we are
Hearchive is developed and provided by independent developer Utkucan Bıyıklı ("Hearchive", "we"). For any question or request: help@hearchive.app.
Data we collect

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We don't use your data for profiling or to train AI models.
Who sees it
- Your partner sees everything you add to your shared space. What you add before pairing moves into the shared space once your partner joins.
- Our service providers, only to run the service and on our instructions: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage; servers in Ireland, EU), our email delivery provider (sign-in code emails), Apple (Sign in with Apple, maps and place search, in-app purchases), RevenueCat (managing subscription status; only your account ID and purchase data) and Cloudflare (this website and domain).
- Legal requirements: with competent authorities only where the law requires it.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
- Your data is kept while your account is open.
- If you end the pairing, shared content stays read-only for both of you for 30 days, then it's permanently deleted.
- If you delete your account (Us → Delete account), your profile, personal space and sessions are deleted right away. Shared content stays read-only for your partner for 30 days, then it's deleted.
- Deleted data is also removed from backups within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, download (Us → Privacy and data → Download my data) and delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or Türkiye under KVKK) you may have additional rights, such as objecting to processing or lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority. For any request, write to help@hearchive.app; we reply within 30 days.
Security
All connections are encrypted (TLS). Every database record is protected by rules that only let members of that shared space access it; photos and voice notes are kept in private storage and shown through expiring links.
Children
Hearchive isn't designed for people under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date on this page and announce important changes in the app.
