Hizmet
Hearchive, iki kişinin günlerini, anılarını, fotoğraflarını ve günlük paylaşımlarını ortak ve özel bir alanda saklamasını sağlayan bir uygulamadır. Hizmeti zaman içinde geliştirebilir, değiştirebilir ya da bazı özellikleri kaldırabiliriz.
Hesabın
- Hearchive'ı kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısın.
- Hesabının ve giriş yaptığın cihazların güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
- Bir seferde yalnızca bir kişiyle eşleşebilirsin. Ortak alana eklenen içerik iki tarafça görülebilir.
İçeriğin
Eklediğin her şey sana aittir. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz için (saklamak, yedeklemek, sana ve partnerine göstermek) bu içerik üzerinde sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım izni vermiş olursun. Bu izin, içeriği sildiğinde ya da hesabını kapattığında sona erer.
Yalnızca paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğun içerikleri ekle. Başkalarının özel hayatına saygı göster.
Kabul edilemez kullanım
- Yasa dışı, taciz edici, nefret içeren ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmak,
- Bir başkasının hesabına izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak, hizmeti aksatmak ya da güvenliğini aşmaya çalışmak,
- Hizmeti otomatik araçlarla toplu kullanmak ya da tersine mühendislik yapmak.
Bu kurallara aykırı kullanımda hesabı askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
Hearchive Plus
- Bazı özellikler ücretli Hearchive Plus üyeliği gerektirir. Bir üyelik, eşleştiğiniz iki kişi için de geçerlidir.
- Satın alma ve yenilemeler Apple üzerinden yapılır ve Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) ile App Store koşullarına tabidir. Abonelikler, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. İptal ve iadeler App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetilir.
- Hesabını silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez.
- Tanıtım amacıyla verilen ücretsiz Plus süreleri (ör. hoş geldin hediyesi) süre sonunda kendiliğinden biter; ücret alınmaz.
Sorumluluk
Hizmeti özenle sunmaya çalışıyoruz, ancak kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Önemli anılarının ayrıca bir kopyasını saklamanı öneririz (Biz → Gizlilik ve veri → Verilerimi indir). Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.
Sonlandırma
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin. Silme ve saklama süreleri Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılmıştır.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

By using Hearchive you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Hearchive is an app that lets two people keep their days, memories, photos and daily check-ins in a shared, private space. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use Hearchive.
- You're responsible for keeping your account and signed-in devices secure.
- You can be paired with one person at a time. Content added to the shared space is visible to both of you.
Your content
Everything you add belongs to you. So that we can provide the service (store it, back it up, show it to you and your partner), you give us a limited, non-transferable license to use that content. The license ends when you delete the content or your account.
Only add content you have the right to share, and respect other people's privacy.
Unacceptable use
- Sharing illegal, harassing or hateful content, or content that infringes others' rights,
- Trying to access someone else's account without permission, disrupting the service or bypassing its security,
- Using the service in bulk with automated tools, or reverse engineering it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Hearchive Plus
- Some features require a paid Hearchive Plus membership. One membership covers both people in a pair.
- Purchases and renewals go through Apple and are subject to Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) and the App Store terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancellations and refunds are managed in your App Store account settings.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
- Free promotional Plus periods (such as a welcome gift) end on their own; you are not charged.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend keeping a separate copy of important memories (Us → Privacy and data → Download my data). To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Termination
You can delete your account from the app at any time. Deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
